Hey there!
So it is a year later and I went to check on this blog when I realized I never wrote about my re-visit to the penitentiary!
They put so much work into this whole show! You buy the tickets for a certain time slot and at the appointed time you get on line and wait. As soon as you pass behind the tall, ominous walls of the penitentiary they line you against the wall and take your picture.
Now you're in line, and the deranged in mates are walking around you. And you're forced to go further into the dark, deserted building. It was awesome, there are so many different dimensions and they really mess with your sense of perception. I wasn't terrified but I was definitely impressed. If you don't go, you're missing out.
I must say, I am worried about myself. Maybe I am getting too old. Maybe New York is making me too jaded. Things do not seem to scare me like they used to. AT ALL!
So I went out and found a few places that have more restrictions than normal. This year even if I don't visit as many places, I will have visited the best ones.
